The Reindustrialization program at East Tennessee Technology Park was established to redevelop the US Department of Energy cleanup site into a private sector industrial park. Heritage Center/DOE works with the Community Reuse Organization of East Tennessee to transition land and assets to the private sector.
Located in the 1,200 acre Heritage Center, on a former US DOE Complex. The Heritage Center Industrial Park is a large industrial complex spawned from the Manhattan Project.
